Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, freight handling, or transit conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

All solar products, power equipment, and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties. AG Associates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper operation or unauthorized alterations.

5. Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all eligible products in their original packaging, unused condition, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation.
